MIND LIKE A MOUNTAIN

Become aware of the present moment, here and now. As if you were a mountain, which is completely natural and at ease with itself - however strong the winds that batter it, however thick the clouds gathering around it. So like a mountain, let your mind be steady, knowing that all things pass.

Best achieved with pranayama (breath control) and meditation. In the photo below we are practicing brahmari (humming bee) pranayama as a preparation for the meditation.
