WHERE IS MY BODY? WHERE IS MY MIND?

The other day we were walking in the forest and found this old fallen trunk, which inspired us to practice some balancing postures. These poses help us to find our centre of gravity and dance around its edges.

To find the balance you need to bring all your focus to the moment you're in and sometimes it can be difficult since there are days when we feel off-centre. However, we should always keep aiming to have balance both on mat and off the yoga mat.

The importance is to take the risk! It doesn´t matter if you fall, just come up and look for your focus again, and again. We should fall with style and accept what we are today.

So why is the balance so important? A life with balance means living in the present and meeting ourselves where we are at this moment.
