Yoga doesn´t always need to be such an individual act. You can actually reach many other aspects of it if you do it together with someone in the form of partner yoga. It´s a good way to connect with your friend, lover, family member or actually anyone. It requires trust, communication, sensitivity and understanding between two of you. Helping each other you can also enter into the poses in a deeper way.
Share your touch, your breath and try to move in synchronization with your yoga buddy. Not as easy as it sounds, but worth trying!
