YOGA FOR A BROKEN HEART - PART 2

“My heart might be bruised, but it will recover and become capable of seeing beauty of life once more. It's happened before, it will happen again, I'm sure. When someone leaves, it's because someone else is about to arrive-I'll find love again.”

Love - Paulo Coelho

Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana)

The Wild Thing Pose helps us to stretch the chest, shoulders and throat while it also opens the hips and hip flexors. While teaching you to be grounded it also allows you to stretch and strengthen the upper back and shoulders and to open up to the unknown. This pose is energizing to the body and mind and can help to combat mid depression and improve the circulation of blood to the organs.

Be wild and playful and offer your heart!
