The consistent practice of Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) is said to reveal our inner power. This pose stretches the chest, neck, spine and legs and helps us to liberate our energy. In the practice of the pose we also assist the digestion, calm the brain and stimulate the thyroid and parathyroid glands.  Variation:  By using a block under the sacrum for support we can create a restorative pose.
