HIPS & EMOTIONS

Our hips are considered a place where we store the emotions which we do not wish to confront and they are associated with emotional burden and past life experiences. By the practice of yoga we learn to identify the soul memories which limit us in our actions in life and we acknowledge that the body hold emotional tension in various areas in the body.
