Yoga has taught me a great number of incredible things, but especially this one.
Instead of asking ourselves "where would you see yourself in five years time", we should understand appreciating what we have in our life today, here and now.
Let's stop imagining how much more and better we - or other people in our lives - could be. Let's face the reality and give credit to all the beauty of the people around us and our progress in life so far. It's time to forget that "imaginary you" and be proud of the real one.
As important as focusing on our breath is feeling grateful for all amazing things we have in this very special moment.
