Todays inspiration comes from one of many quotes by Alan Watts who was a philosopher, writer and speaker. He was influenced by the East Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Buddhism and he became a interpreter of Eastern thought for the West.

“To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don’t grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax and float”

- Alan Watts

I believe we have to trust and relax to be able to enjoy. So many times we fight against life and the natural flow of what is happening around us and life becomes a struggle instead of an enjoyment. I have experienced moments in my life when I have learned to let go and have more trust in the Universe and life, and in those moments things have turned out just fine. Normally things happens so that we can learn about ourselves and if you look back at your life you can see that things that happen in the past have led you to the place you are now, which is at the exact place you should be.

So maybe give it a try and practice the art of trusting and relaxing to see if the way you look at life changes...
