We came across this beautiful and inspiring short film about yoga that we wanted to share with you all. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

"How do we become real? How do we become genuine? We have to work from the inside out and not the outside in. It is imperative that we seek the profound ontological metaphysical questions of life, of who we are, what our purpose is and why do we exist and to seek out the answers. This will help us become the person we strive for, to become genuine and to find our destiny."

"The Walk of Life" starring Tamal Dodge

Last Friday we had the pleasure to join Mango Shape’s celebration of four years of Women trips held in the beautiful garden of Olokuti (Barcelona) and the presentation of the new October 2014 itinerary called: The Far East  - where the group of women will travel to India and Nepal to share an unforgettable experience together. As a special guest we had the pleasure to meet Sandeep from India (who are collaborating with the trips) in his first visit to Spain where he meet the group (both new and old faces). He shared stories from his day to day life in India wishing us all to come and join the next trip to visit this beautiful mystic country

Tali is the woman behind the women’s trips and also the creator of Mango Shape, a community for women connected through world travels, workshops and meetings with love, professionalism and prosperity.  Soon here at Art Of Doing Yoga we will have the honor to share her interview with you and some beautiful photos from the past trips to inspire you!

If you want to read more you can visit the website and who knows…maybe you’ll be inspired to join the group of women on their next trip to The Far East!
